• Delivery location — the address you enter, or the map pin you drop, so a driver can find you.
• Order history — what you've ordered, so we can show your past orders and support you.
• Payment — card payments are processed by Stripe, our payment company. Stripe handles your card details securely; we do not see or store your full card number.
• Driver location — for our drivers, we collect location only during an active delivery so customers can watch their order arrive. It stops when the delivery is done.
• Device and usage info — basic technical information (like the pages you visit) that helps us keep the app working.

How we use your information

• To take, prepare, deliver, and support your orders.
• To process payments and pay our restaurants and drivers.
• To contact you about your order (receipts, updates, problems).
• To keep the service safe and prevent fraud.
• To improve the service.
• To send you offers or news — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Location information

We use your delivery address or map pin to route your order to your door. For drivers, live location is shared with the customer only while a delivery is active and is turned off as soon as the order is delivered. We don't track drivers when they're off a delivery.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to complete your order:

• The restaurant or store and your driver receive the details needed to prepare and deliver your order (customers see a driver's first name, photo, and vehicle — never their full name or phone).
• Stripe processes payments.
• Trusted service providers that help us run the app (for example, email and hosting).
• Authorities if the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Marketing choices

Order receipts and updates are part of the service and go to everyone who orders. Promotional emails and texts are opt-in — you choose to receive them and can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP to a text.

Website advertising (Facebook)

Our website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. It tells Facebook when someone visits our site, opens a menu, adds food to a cart, or places an order, so we can show our ads to people likely to want delivery and see whether those ads work. It does not send your name, phone number, address, or what you ordered. You can control ads like these in your Facebook ad settings or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Text messaging (SMS)

• You only receive promotional texts if you check the "Text me deals & updates" box when creating your account (or turn it on later in your account). Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You can also call or text us at 580-306-3911.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with anyone for their own marketing.

We keep your information for as long as you have an account and as needed to run the service, meet legal and tax requirements, and resolve any issues.
